However, as many programmes are mainly geared towards Windows, beginners also preferred to remain loyal to the Windows operating system in the past.
Now that Apple has developed a processor in co-operation with Intel that enables both operating systems on the Apple Macintosh computer, the decision to switch from Windows machine to Mac is easier for many, because they can fall back on Windows in an emergency.
