What is a pomegranate

PomegranateIt is a strange fruit, the pomegranate, which, with its hard outer skin, resembles an apple in some ways, but shares no other characteristics with it.

When the skin is removed, the pomegranate reveals many small red seeds, which sit closely together in several chambers separated by membranes.

These berry-like seeds have it all, because they not only taste very good, sweet, crunchy and fruity, but according to various studies they are even said to have an inhibitory effect on various types of cancer, such as breast cancer and prostate cancer. This effect is attributed to the fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid, which is only found in pomegranates.

Wellness for the feet

Wellness for feetThe feet are probably one of the most neglected parts of the body, because they do not have a very good reputation, they can smell bad, are generally not perceived as a particularly aesthetically pleasing part of the body, and quickly develop annoying problems such as blisters, ingrown toenails or even corns.

In summer they swell, in winter they are one of the first parts of the body to freeze. Most of the time we hide our feet in shoes and socks anyway, in short, feet don't have it easy with their owners.

How parents can feel

How parents feelBefore the birth and at the beginning of life with the first child, the parents' feelings are usually positive throughout, and they await the arrival of the new family member with excitement and curiosity.

Thoughts that go in a negative direction are normally quickly replaced by positive thinking. Postnatal depression can occur, but is usually a temporary phenomenon and not a cause for excessive concern for the majority of mothers.

Align yourself with the moon

Moon.jpgThe moon has always been one of the most important celestial bodies and its influence on man and nature has been known since time immemorial. In earlier times, everything was organised according to the lunar calendar, whose months were adapted to its 28-day cycle.

We know that the moon determines the ebb and flow of the world's oceans, that the woman's cycle is also the length of a lunar cycle, as is the fact that it travels through the twelve constellations.
