Stress has always existed, because stress is a bodily function that was designed by nature to enable us to prove ourselves in dangerous situations. For example, the occurrence of stress in prehistoric times meant that the body was able to react much more quickly than in a resting state by increasing blood pressure and heart rate and improving blood flow to the muscles. Prehistoric man was therefore able to flee quickly from danger or fight, depending on what the situation demanded.

Although the very youngest babies usually only receive milk in the first few months, if this does not come from the mother herself, drinking water must be used to prepare the bottle feed.
