Processed cheese

In some cases, processed cheese is even preferable to "real" cheese. Many types of cheese are made with natural enzymes, usually rennet. Rennet is an enzyme from the calf's stomach and ensures that the casein in the milk clumps together. These clumps are pressed and aged with bacteria. During this production process, the cheese becomes oily when it is melted. In the production of processed cheese, the process with the bacteria is bypassed so that the structure of the cheese is changed and the cheese melts evenly.

Which vegetables contain particularly high levels of antioxidants

The buzzword antioxidant is becoming increasingly popular, especially in connection with the prevention of cancer. When buying vegetables, it therefore makes sense to select those varieties that contain particularly high levels of antioxidants, i.e. that are particularly effective in combating carcinogenic substances in the body. You should eat at least five of these vegetables per week.
