Every thinking being has the possibility to make the best of the given circumstances. One can focus on the positive or the negative, see the good or block it out, and accept or drown in the blows of fate.

We overdo it at the gym or simply don't take enough time for ourselves and put ourselves under unnecessary pressure. Time for ourselves means time to simply do nothing and appreciate our own bodies with all our senses.
Your potential is largely determined by your charisma. If other people find you likeable, they will support you. Whether you come across as likeable to other people is not just a matter of luck, you can work on your charisma yourself.
All you have to do is get rid of a few stubborn habits and put the following points into practice:
Depressive moods, often confused with depression, are feelings of melancholy, hopelessness and a general lack of joie de vivre. Typical signs include loss of appetite, exhaustion, sleep disorders, anxiety and feelings of guilt.
