There seem to be two kinds of people: some are always out of bed before dawn, others can't get their butts out of bed for ages.
Even if it's nice to stay in bed for a really long time, if you make it out of bed sometime around noon, the whole day is usually tough and unproductive. Not only is it annoying in the long run not to get anything done, but in our society it is indispensable to get up at a reasonably early hour. Some people claim that all successful people are early risers. I dare to doubt that, because success is actually not measurable. It depends on what standards I have set myself and whether I personally consider myself successful or not. But the fact is that our daily work usually obliges us to get up earlier than we would like.
Some people just find it particularly difficult. Is there anything you can do about the fact that every morning is torture and your mood sinks to zero, or do you have to accept that you are not born an early riser?
