As temperatures rise in summer, the food and breeding opportunities for fruit flies also increase. These annoying little flies have a lifespan of just one month, during which a single female fly can lay up to 700 eggs. In winter it takes around 70 days for the eggs to develop into new flies, but in summer this often happens in just one week.

Relaxation for parents

Fathers and mothers are exposed to a great deal of stress over the years as they guide their children through life. Parents need to consciously relax in between, otherwise their nerves will no longer be able to cope. 

Parents with too much nervous tension are not able to devote themselves 100 per cent to their family when they need to, and their mental, emotional and physical health will pay a high price if they do not learn to relax in time.
