Hypertension is a common condition in which the arteries are overwhelmed by the pressure of blood flow. In yoga, the body is treated holistically and hypertension is treated by regulating blood flow through consistent practice of certain postures. Yoga instructors recommend the 'Reclining Hero' pose (Supta Virasana) for the targeted treatment of high blood pressure.

Pyramids are polyhedrons: a square base whose sides consist of congruent triangles that meet at a point. There are more than 100 pyramids of various sizes around Cairo. They served as tombs for Egyptian kings and their treasures.

The New Seven Wonders of the World

In 2007, 7 New Wonders of the Modern World were chosen. The list is very similar to the original list of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, which were named by the Greeks in the 3rd century BC. The old list of Wonders of the World consisted of sites in the Mediterranean region, while the new list includes sites in South America and Asia.
