Ingredients for chocolate espresso ice cream

500ml stiffly whipped cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
200ml chocolate syrup
1 egg, scrambled with a fork
One cup portion of instant coffee powder

Preparation

Mix the salt and egg well with the cream.
Fold in the chocolate syrup and coffee powder.
Freeze.
