
Vegetables are important for a healthy diet, but some children don't like to eat vegetables. But you can make vegetables palatable to them as a tasty snack.
How to make delicious vegetable snacks for children.
Preparation time: about 10 minutes
Ingredients for one portion of vegetable snacks:
1 green, yellow or red pepper
1 bunch celery
1 carrot
Yoghurt salad dressing
Instructions:
Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. One half will serve as the skin. Cut the other half of the pepper into thin strips.
Cut the carrot into thin strips about 10 cm long.
Also cut the celeriac into thin 10 cm strips.
Pour a little salad dressing into the pepper bowl.
Place the celery, carrot and pepper strips in the pepper bowl.
The pepper bowl can now be placed on the table. Each vegetable strip can be dipped in the salad dressing and then eaten. Once all the strips have been eaten, you can eat the bowl too!
