Ingredients for spiced coffee

 

60g instant coffee powder

3 tablespoons sugar

8 cloves

3 cinnamon sticks

Cinnamon powder

Water

Whipped cream

 

Preparation

 

Prepare instant coffee with about 4 cups of water and add sugar, cloves and cinnamon sticks.

Bring to the boil in a covered pan.

Remove from the hob and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

Strain the liquid and pour into cups.

Place a spoonful of whipped cream on top of the coffee in each cup and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
