Cocoa powder

Quark or mascarpone

Preparation

1. crumble the shortbread biscuits.

2. mix the biscuit crumbs with the quark or mascarpone, cocoa and sugar until a firm mixture forms.

3 Shape the mixture into small balls.

4 Cover the balls with chocolate sprinkles and coloured sprinkles.

5 Wrap the finished baubles in cellophane paper and pack them in a gift basket.

Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
