60ml maple syrup

100ml whisky

200ml hot, very strong coffee

Whipped cream

 

Preparation

 

Whip the cream with a dash (about 10ml) of maple syrup.

Divide the remaining maple syrup and whisky between 4 cups.

Pour the coffee.

Put the icing on the cake.
