How to protect your eyes and vision
The eye is an organ that we put a lot of strain on, but which is sometimes even underchallenged due to one-sided use. Spatial vision, the quick adjustment of the pupil to three-dimensional objects, can atrophy or not even be developed properly if it is not practised from the beginning.
As with all muscles, the visual muscle needs to be trained in order to perform at full capacity. If this is not the case, or if it is used too one-sidedly, this leads on the one hand to less performance and even to the inability to perform certain functions successfully. On the other hand, more extensive problems can occur, such as headaches and migraines.
