With everything you pack, you need to consider how necessary it is, especially with clothing. It is better to pack just one item for different weather conditions and situations than to lug around an unnecessary amount of luggage. Clothes can be washed in between. Another option is to buy cheap casual clothes on site that can be thrown away afterwards and not taken home.
Don't forget to wrap lotions and soaps, especially shampoo and conditioner, in a plastic bag.
To save space, it is advisable to transfer the cosmetics into smaller containers and label them well.
Pack sparingly and buy at your destination if necessary. The rule of thumb is that your luggage should not weigh more than 20% of your body weight, preferably no more than 15kg.
If possible, take a suitcase and a hand luggage-sized bag with you, the fewer pieces of luggage you have to keep an eye on, the safer.
Test pack a few days before travelling and check that your luggage is not just heavy and cumbersome.
