A variation of the traditional mate tea, recipe for about 350ml of liquid. In addition to loose mate leaves, you need 125ml milk, 250ml ready-made mate drink and sweetener to taste (sugar, honey or sweetener). 

Preparation Mate Latte

Prepare about 250ml of Mate tea in the usual way. Strain the tea after brewing.

Stir sweetener into the liquid to taste.

Froth the milk with a milk frother and pour onto the tea drink. Serve the drink immediately without stirring.
