Ingredients for 2 cups of Espresso Melange.

Water
Espresso powder
1 cinnamon stick
4 teaspoons of crème de cacao
2 teaspoons brandy
2 tablespoons of whipped cream
Cocoa powder

Preparation

Prepare 2 cups of espresso or very strong coffee.
Break the cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to the hot espresso.
Add the crème de cacao and brandy and stir gently.
Divide into two cups.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish with cocoa powder.

*Melange is the drug from the science fiction novel 'Dune' by Frank Herbert. Melange is said to have mystical properties.
