Ingredients for apricot ice cream

 

2 large tins of apricots, drained

100ml apricot syrup

2 tablespoons lemon juice

250ml whipped cream

 

Preparation

 

Puree the apricots in a blender.

Add the syrup, lemon ice cream and cream and stir.

Pour the apricot mixture into a container and freeze.

 

Tip: Serve with strawberries or raspberries and sauce.
