Quartz crystals can be used to energise ordinary water, making it healthier. Quartz stones have many uses, e.g. in watches or jewellery. They can also be used to enrich drinking water with negatively charged ions, making it healthier to drink. Various quartz crystals can be used for this purpose, especially rose quartz, amethyst (violet quartz) and citrine (yellow quartz).
The water that is to be enriched with energy should be as pure as possible, preferably filtered. Ordinary tap water contains traces of minerals and chemicals that can react with the quartz. A single quartz stone is washed in lukewarm water. Water that is too cold or too hot can damage the crystal. After washing, the quartz stone should be allowed to dry.
The quartz crystal can now be placed in the water, where it will remain for around 12 hours. It is even more effective to place the water in the sun or moonlight during the 12 hours to energise it even further. However, the water container should be well covered so that no dirt or insects can get into it.
You can increase the effect of the quartz even further by surrounding the container with the water with six quartz stones. In addition to the crystal in the water, the six stones give the water additional energy. The tips of the stones should point towards the water container.
After 12 hours, pour the water into a new container. The water is now ready to drink.
If the weather does not allow the water container to be placed outside, it can be placed on a windowsill so that the water catches the sun's or moon's rays. It is important that the quartz stone used does not contain copper or lead.
