Result of the test:

The impulsive eater

You have answered at least four of the questions 1 to 6 with a yes.

You are always in a hurry and don't have time to concentrate on eating. You often only eat on the side, and then it's food that goes quickly, i.e. ready meals and fast food. You don't have time to savour.

Tip for the future: Set regular meal times and be a little more selective about what you eat. Fewer snacks and fast food.

The epicurean eater

You have answered at least four of the questions number 7 to 12 with a yes.

You like good quality food and enjoy trying new things. However, you eat a lot of sweet and fatty foods, which leads to weight problems. At the same time, you often feel guilty when you have sinned with food again.

Tip for the future: Try to reduce your calorie intake. Quality food doesn't have to be high in fat, find tasty and wholesome alternatives instead.

The stressed eater

You have answered at least four of the questions number 13 to 18 with a yes.

Your solution to everyday stress is eating, because it calms you down. What you eat is less important to you, which usually means that you eat a lot of fatty and sweet foods.

Tip for the future: Find another way to relax from stress, such as yoga, autogenic training or a sport.

The distracted eater

You have answered at least four of the questions 19 to 24 with a yes.

You like to push problems away. You eat a lot to avoid them, which is why you have weight problems. You eat to distract yourself.

Tip for the future: Learn to resolve your conflicts and get to the bottom of your problems. Keep a record of what you have eaten and look for improvements afterwards.
