You can sleep more comfortably on your next camping holiday without buying expensive equipment.

 

 

You can use blister film (bubble wrap), which is usually used as packing material, as a comfortable base for your sleeping bag.

If you don't have a sleeping bag, the blister foil is also suitable as a cheap sleeping bag substitute. Take a piece of foil that is large enough (e.g. 2m x 1.5m) and fold it in half, stick the edges together with adhesive tape and you can snuggle up in your homemade sleeping bag.
