Ingredients for Arabic coffee

½ litre of water
3 tablespoons coffee powder
3 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon cardamom
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Preparation

Heat the water in a pan.
Stir all the ingredients into the hot water until foam forms on the surface.
Pour the finished coffee drink into cups without pouring it through a filter.
Stir again before serving.
