A well-stocked medicine cabinet in the home should contain the following medicines and dressings. This is not only important for first aid in the event of household accidents, but also for harmless colds or aches and pains.

Make sure you check the expiry date of the medicines in your medicine cabinet at least every six months. Expired medication should be disposed of immediately.

Chamomile tea for stomach complaints (as a tea to drink) and as a compress for inflammation (external application)
