If a gas cooker clicks when you turn it on but no flame ignites on the cooking element, there may be dried food from overcooking or residue from the cleaning agent in the tiny holes where the flame is supposed to come out. You can use a needle or a thin wire to get the holes free again. When cleaning, use only warm water without detergent, let the water soak in a little and then wipe dry.
