All you need for this fish game for children aged four and over is coloured tissue paper, a black felt-tip pen, old newspapers, flat plates and a pair of scissors.
Cut a fish about 30cm long for each player from the tissue paper. Then draw eyes on the fish with a felt-tip pen.
The game goes like this:
Each child receives a folded newspaper, a fish and a flat plate.
The fish is placed on the floor in front of each player, the plate is on the other side of the room opposite the corresponding child.
The newspaper is picked up.
On 'Go', each player hits his fish in front of him with the newspaper and tries to reach his plate.
The winner is the first person to have their fish on their plate and shout 'Meal time!
