
Vitamin B1 or riboflavin is important for a number of cell functions and metabolism. A vitamin B2 deficiency leads to chapped lips, mouth inflammation, mouth ulcers and a sore throat. Vitamin B2 is a water-soluble vitamin and can therefore only be overdosed in extreme cases.
