The skin's pores ensure the skin's moisture balance. On the face, pores are particularly noticeable on the forehead, chin and sides of the nose. Although it is not possible to permanently reduce the size of large pores, the right facial care can make them less noticeable.
How to care for large-pored facial skin:
Thoroughly cleanse your hands before applying facial care so that they do not spread any additional dirt on your face.
Treat your face to a gentle facial scrub with alpha hydroxy acids. The scrub removes dead skin cells that clog the pores.
Use a special blackhead extractor to remove blackheads, as dirt stuck in the pores widens the pore opening. Free pores ensure an even exchange of moisture. Please do not squeeze the blackheads out with your fingers, as this leads to inflammatory infections and forms pimples.
Before going to bed, thoroughly wash off all traces of make-up or sun protection products from the face. Wipe off thick make-up with make-up remover.
Do not cleanse your face more than twice a day, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening. Cleansing your face too often leads to excessive oil production by the skin cells. Instead, use mattifying cleansing wipes between cleansing.
