Every person stores excess fat in other parts of the body, those that develop into problem areas when too much fat is absorbed. It therefore makes sense to adapt a diet to one's own problem areas so that the fat in the right places disappears.

The diet generally begins with a low-fat week, during which the metabolism is stimulated to burn stored fat. This week is followed by a three-week plan of a diet customised to your individual problem areas.

Low-fat diet week

After waking up, drink a glass of hot water with a slice of lemon.
For breakfast there is fresh fruit, preferably with dark berries and a cup of unsweetened tea.

Lunch consists of a mixed salad of radishes, lettuce, spinach, celery, avocado and, if desired, some feta cheese or a hard-boiled egg. The salad dressing is made with lemon juice, a little olive oil and black pepper.

Raw carrots, apples or celery sticks are allowed as a snack between meals.

Dinner consists of fish, cooked with very little fat, and four green vegetables of your choice, for example broccoli, spinach, kale and courgette.

Before going to bed, you can eat a low-fat yoghurt with fresh berries.

Drink green and black tea, herbal tea and mineral water throughout the day.

Grapefruit versus pear shape

Diet for pear shape (2nd-4th week)

The lifebuoys around the waist are reduced by energising grapefruit. Grapefruit draws fat out of the lower body. Eat a fresh grapefruit before every meal. According to studies, you can lose up to 2kg more weight in three months.

Breakfast
Mix 2 eggs and one egg white and cook in the microwave without fat. Serve with half a grapefruit with a little brown sugar and low-fat yoghurt

Lunch
1st option: Grilled chicken with steamed vegetables
2nd option: Avocado salad with peas, tomatoes and roasted peppers
3rd option: Spinach with 2 boiled eggs

Snack

Dinner
Salad with orange pieces, iceberg lettuce, grated carrots, fish or tofu

Calcium against apple shape

Diet for apple shape (2nd-4th week)

If fat accumulates in the abdomen, calcium from dairy products with every meal helps to distribute the fat better in the body.

Breakfast
Banana shake made from a banana, 200ml low-fat milk, 5 almonds and a teaspoon of honey

Lunch
1st option: Radish, carrot and feta cheese salad
2nd option: Fruit shake made from a banana, raspberries, 200ml low-fat milk and some low-fat yoghurt

Dinner
180g rice with vegetable sauce and crème fraîche and shrimps, strawberry yoghurt for dessert

Mediterranean diet for a fat bottom

Diet for a fat bottom (2nd-4th week)

A Mediterranean diet with plenty of potassium to dehydrate helps against fat deposits on the bum, hips and thighs. Drink a glass of tomato juice before every meal.

Breakfast
1st option: Three-egg omelette with tomatoes or mushrooms
2nd option: Two tablespoons of muesli with 200ml low-fat milk and dried fruit.

Lunch
1st option: 2 tablespoons of pasta with a little pesto
2nd option: A small bowl of spiral pasta with olive oil and tomatoes

Dinner
Grilled prawns with ratatouille (courgettes, tomatoes, peppers, aubergines and garlic cooked in tomato sauce)
