The best way to do this is to make a hair pack with olive oil, which is as simple as it is effective. Heat about half a cupful of cold-pressed olive oil in the microwave for 20 seconds. Place a towel around the shoulders to protect the clothes. Carefully massage the warmed olive oil into the hair. If you have a dry scalp, you can also rub some oil into the scalp. If the hair is oily, the oil should only be massaged in to about 1 cm from the hairline. The hair should be completely treated with the olive oil and is then covered with a shower cap. For the next half hour, relaxation is the order of the day while the olive oil works on the hair under the cap.

After the exposure time, rinse the hair as usual with shampoo and conditioner.

The oil must be washed out of the hair completely. After just one treatment, the hair becomes softer and more manageable and acquires a beautiful shine.
