This helps you to better understand and creates a bridge between the known and the unknown.<\/p>\n<p>Create \"links\" to the new information that will help you to recall it. These can be images, rhythms, formulas or patterns, you have to try out for yourself what works best for you.<\/p>\n<p>Frequent repetition is important for storage in long-term memory. Show your brain that this information is important. Try to apply what you have learnt in future situations.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you get enough sleep and rest so that your brain is receptive.
