vegetable lasagne.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<br \/>Preparation time: about 80 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for vegetable lasagne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>400 g courgette<br \/>400 g pumpkin<br \/>1 teaspoon mixed spices (oregano, basil)<br \/>1 teaspoon black pepper<br \/>450 g tomato sauce<br \/>450 g cottage cheese<br \/>2 egg yolks<br \/>60 g parmesan<br \/>125 g breadcrumbs<br \/>2 mozzarella balls<br \/>500 g spinach<br \/>1 bunch of fresh basil<br \/>Margarine to grease the lasagne tin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation of the vegetable lasagne<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Grease the lasagne tin with margarine.<\/li>\n<li>Halve the pumpkin and courgette and cut into slices.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs on the greased base of the tin.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the tomato sauce in a pan and add the spinach.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the cottage cheese, basil, egg yolk and Parmesan in a blender.<\/li>\n<li>Spread a layer of pumpkin and courgette slices in the lasagne dish.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the spice mix on top.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the top.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with breadcrumbs again.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange the remaining pumpkin and courgette slices.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs over the vegetable slices.<\/li>\n<li>Pour over the tomato sauce with spinach.<\/li>\n<li>Evenly slice the mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 35 minutes in the middle of the oven until the cheese is brown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Makes
