Butterflies and birds are very useful and bring any garden to life. To attract more natural and useful creatures such as birds and butterflies, the garden must be attractive to them.<\/p>\n

Butterflies are particularly fond of red coneflower (Echinacea purpurea). They drink the nectar from the flowers, while the seeds provide food for many songbirds.

Sunflowers (Helianthus) look beautiful. The oily sunflower seeds are very nutritious for many species of songbirds. Sunflowers are also available in a more compact form so that they also fit into smaller gardens.<\/p>\n
Lantana camara is well suited to window boxes. The small flowers attract many different butterfly species. If the wilted flower heads are removed regularly, the plant will flower until the first frost.<\/p>\n
