Headaches have many different possible causes and occur with different symptoms and symptom complexes.<\/p>\n

Ordinary tension headaches (General headache<\/a>) caused by stress are characterised by a dull, pulling pain that starts at the back of the head and can spread to the entire head area.<\/p>\n Migraine<\/a> occurs as a half-sided headache in the temporal region and is often accompanied by nausea, speech and visual disturbances and sensitivity to light.<\/p>\n Sinusitis (Sinusitis<\/a>) can cause headaches in the forehead and around the nose and cheeks, sometimes a slight throbbing. The nose is blocked and you feel pressure in your head and face.<\/p>\n Weather sensitivity<\/a>can cause headaches of varying intensity throughout the head.<\/p>\n After excessive alcohol consumption or mixing different types of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and spirits mixed together), you feel hungover the next day and are plagued by severe headaches. Headache after too much alcohol<\/a><\/p>\n After long journeys to other time zones, you often feel a headache (Jet lag<\/a>).<\/p>\n Movement when travelling in cars, trains, buses and aeroplanes can have a negative effect on sensitive people. Travel sickness<\/a> which can manifest itself in severe headaches, among other things.<\/p>\n Cold<\/a> and flu are often accompanied by pain in the forehead and the centre of the head.<\/p>\n A tense neck can cause headaches that can spread from the back of the head to the whole head. (Headache due to tense neck<\/a>)<\/p>\n After a fall, an accident or a blow to the head, headaches can be caused by Concussion<\/a> occur.<\/p>\n Inflammatory Dental problems<\/a> can cause headaches if the sinuses become blocked due to a protracted inflammation.<\/p>\n
