The two figures shown are identical, but the lower one appears larger.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Der Effekt entsteht dadurch, dass das Gehirn, an perspektivische Gr\u00f6\u00dfenvergleiche zur Orientierung gew\u00f6hnt, automatisch die k\u00fcrzere, Unterseite der oberen Figur mit der l\u00e4ngeren Oberseite der unteren Figur vergleicht.
