Ingredients for about 1\/2 litre ice cream<\/strong><\/p>\n

400ml kefir or buttermilk or natural yoghurt<\/p>\n

Grated zest of one lemon<\/p>\n

60ml lemon juice<\/p>\n

125g maple syrup or honey or sugar<\/p>\n

A dash of limoncello<\/p>\n

Preparation in the ice cream machine<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mix all the ingredients together and beat until frothy. Place in the refrigerator for one hour. Place in the ice cream maker and prepare according to the instructions.<\/p>\n

Preparation without ice cream maker<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mix the ingredients together and beat until frothy. Place in a freezable container and place in the freezer. Remove every hour and stir well and vigorously from the outside in. Repeat until the ice cream is firm.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
