\"TapiocaRecipe for a delicious dessert with tapioca (cassava starch or sago).<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca<\/p>\n

100g sugar<\/p>\n

2 egg whites, lightly beaten<\/p>\n

400ml milk<\/p>\n

1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n

Nutmeg<\/p>\n

50g chopped almonds as garnish<\/p>\n

Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mix the tapioca, sugar, egg whites and milk in a saucepan and leave to rest for about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n

Bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.<\/p>\n

Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and nutmeg. Cover and leave to cool at room temperature for about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Stir and pour into serving bowls.<\/p>\n

Garnish with almonds.<\/p>\n
