1kg plums, pitted and halved<\/p>\n

4 cloves<\/p>\n

200g sugar<\/p>\n

1 cinnamon stick<\/p>\n

400ml vodka<\/p>\n

Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Place the plums together with the cloves, sugar, cinnamon and vodka in a large glass or rum pot.<\/p>\n

The vodka should cover the plums completely.<\/p>\n

Close the jar loosely.<\/p>\n

Leave to soak for 3 months and stir occasionally.<\/p>\n

Strain the liquid after 3 months.<\/p>\n

Serve chilled.<\/p>\n
