Dealing with each other in the social environment

To maintain a healthy psyche, people need satisfying social relationships in their lives. This includes family, partners and friends. In order to get along well with your social environment, it is first important to reflect on yourself. After all, every person's most important friend and point of reference is themselves.

The best way to get along with your fellow human beings is to be in harmony with yourself.

A lot of our life circumstances lie outside of our own actions, such as the time in which we live or the family into which we were born. The factors that cannot be changed by your own actions must therefore be accepted. You also have to accept your own person with all the character traits that cannot be changed. In order to find character traits and life circumstances that you want to change, you first have to get to know yourself. This allows you to recognise your personal abilities and limitations.

Your own advantages and strengths can be further developed, weaknesses can be overcome. Only when you are understanding and positive towards yourself can you treat your fellow human beings with respect and tolerance.

Psychological balance is closely linked to the ability to love other people and accept the love of others. The more kindness, joy and affection you can give, the more positive feelings will come back from others. However, you must always prioritise your self-esteem so as not to be taken advantage of by others.

Just as important as socialising with other people is withdrawing for inner reflection and regeneration.
