Your own ego can destroy friendships and relationships. It is important not just to pursue your own interests and feed your own ego if this puts other people at a disadvantage.

Everyone has feelings and deserves to be treated well. If you treat other people with respect, it is likely that they will return the respect. Try not to judge other people and only focus on their negative sides, but always remember that other people have opinions and feelings that can be justified from their point of view. Sometimes you just have to accept that not everyone has the same perception and that your own perception is not the only correct one.
