Everyone has less good times and bad times, and we all have problems that need to be solved. The trick is to fix a problem before it becomes an even bigger problem.
If you focus solely on the problem itself and not on the solution, you become mentally and emotionally blocked. This makes it impossible to find a way out and you become negative.
A problem often needs to be analysed in order to find a possible fault. But you must never lose sight of the bigger picture, because behind every problem lies a solution and every problem needs to be solved. However, if you are stuck in a negative downward spiral, it becomes very difficult to find a solution. It is often this downward spiral that is responsible for the problem.
So, first take a deep breath, close your eyes and consciously relax for a moment. This is important to get yourself out of the negative phase and get a clear, objective view.
Analysing the problem
What caused this problem?
Is there a reason for this?
What can be done to remedy the problem or improve the situation?
Do you need help from other people?
Will it help to talk to a neutral person about it?
Troubleshooting
If things aren't going right and you're not getting the results you want, you either have to let go and find something else, or you have to find a way to handle things in a different way.
If you continue in the same way, you will always get the same results.
What you need to do to solve a problem is to concentrate on the solution after analysing the problem, and to do so in as objective and relaxed a manner as possible. You should take a few minutes to relax, perhaps even meditate, because only with a calm and clear head will you be able to find alternative paths that can lead to a solution.
