Pieces of furniture leave impressions on the carpet. If the furniture is moved, these ugly dents may become visible.

 

Dents in the carpet can be smoothed out again by placing an ice cube on the dented area, for example where a chair leg used to be. Allow the ice cube to melt on the dent.

As soon as the ice cube has melted, but the area is still cold, the impression can be brought back into shape with a brush. This makes the carpet nice and even again.
