Coffee filter paper is ideal for polishing glasses and other glass surfaces such as mirrors, televisions and computer monitors. Fingerprints and grease streaks are removed from the filter paper without scratching the glass.

Often the glasses shine better after cleaning with filter paper than with a handkerchief, because coffee filters collect any lint, while a paper handkerchief is usually more likely to leave lint behind.
