The warning signs for recognising cancer are often unspecific, but there are typical symptoms that can indicate cancer.
The earlier cancer is recognised, the better the chances of recovery. Unfortunately, cancer in its early stages usually does not show any symptoms, but you should see a doctor if you notice the following signs:
Possible early warning signs of cancer
Persistent cough with sputum
Persistent swallowing difficulties over a longer period of time
Blood in the stool or urine
Skin ulcers
Poorly healing wounds
Nodules under the skin
Lumps or skin changes in the breast
Rapid weight loss
Chronic fatigue
Intermenstrual bleeding or bloody discharge in women
Urination problems in men
It is important to note that the above symptoms may or may not indicate cancer.
