Help for weather-sensitive people, with negative ions against fatigue and depression

Weather sensitivity

Sensitive people feel tired when the weather changes or the pressure drops. They can experience headaches, nausea, dizziness, irritability, anxiety and depression. Everyone knows by now that weather sensitivity exists, but what changes in the weather cause sensitive people to become ill?

The symptoms of weather sensitivity are particularly bad before a thunderstorm or storm; as soon as the storm has passed, you usually feel better. Tiredness and sluggishness are particularly pronounced before an approaching storm. This is because the air before a thunderstorm or storm is charged with positive ions, while negative ions predominate after the storm.

There are many regions around the world that have certain winds that charge the air with positive ions and make people who are sensitive to the weather feel sickly and tired. In southern Germany and Austria these are the Foehn winds, in Australia the desert winds, in Israel the Sharay winds and in California the Santa Ana winds, to name just a few examples.

While positive charge in the air can make you tired and sick, a high concentration of negative ions in the air creates a natural high. The air by the sea or near a waterfall is usually charged with negative energy. If you take a few deep breaths of this air, you feel great. The negative ions are also absorbed through the skin and enter the body.

A low concentration of negative energy, i.e. when there is predominantly positive energy in the body, can lead to the outbreak of certain symptoms of illness. In most cases, it is existing, chronic illnesses that break out when there is a positive charge. It usually happens in weather conditions with unusually high positive energy that asthmatics suffer a severe asthma attack. People with aggression are also more hot-tempered and aggressive on days with positive ions in the air.

In a therapy with negative ions, negative charge is added to the drinking water. The principle of the therapy is that the more negative charge, as opposed to positive, the healthier you feel. The ionisation of drinking water can not only help people who are sensitive to the weather, but also increases general energy levels.
In Russia, for example, Olympic athletes were trained in regions with a high positive ion concentration back in the 1940s. The athletes showed ten times the stamina they had in normal air. Coordination improved threefold and reaction times doubled. On the transport route to the competitions, the Russians placed negative ion generators that filled the air around the athletes with a negative charge. As a result, every cell in the body was in a state of euphoria and fatigue was eliminated.

The US military discovered that when they used negative ion generators in the cockpit of the aircraft, the pilots never tired.

For self-therapy at home, there are various products on the market for charging the immediate environment with negative ions. Negative ion generators can also be purchased as mobile devices. There are also tourmaline blankets or tourmaline bed covers that emit a negative charge and counteract weather sensitivity and tiredness.
