Many people fail on a diet because they crave sweets. These delicious shakes eliminate this craving and make a diet successful. It goes without saying that the shakes should not be consumed in addition, as this increases calorie intake. One of these mixed drinks can replace a snack or even a full meal. Drink slowly and with a straw.

Peanut butter with banana
Peanut butter contains a lot of protein and can replace a meal. Mix a ripe banana, 100ml semi-skimmed milk, 150g peanut butter, 6 ice cubes and a tablespoon of whey in a blender. Optionally add a spoonful of cocoa powder.

Mocha shake
Mix 4 ice cubes, 50g vanilla yoghurt, 50ml espresso and 2 teaspoons cocoa powder in a blender.

Watermelon
A particularly refreshing summer drink. Dice a quarter of watermelon without seeds, blend 100g vanilla yoghurt and 8 ice cubes in a blender until smooth.

Blueberry shake
Blueberries are particularly popular with dieters because they are full of vitamins, are sweet and have relatively few calories. Blend half a banana, 50ml soya milk, half a teaspoon of linseed oil, 150g frozen blueberries, half a teaspoon of honey and approx. 150ml water thoroughly in a blender.

Strawberry-banana shake
Put 100g strawberries, a banana, 100g yoghurt, 5 ice cubes and half an orange cut into cubes into the blender.

Kiwi-honey shake
Peel and dice a Granny Smith apple. Peel a kiwi and cut into cubes. Mix both with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a tablespoon of honey, a few ice cubes and a little lemon juice in a blender.

Chocolate-raspberry
Mix 100ml semi-skimmed milk or soya milk with 150g vanilla yoghurt, 50g chocolate shavings, 150g fresh raspberries and ice cubes in a blender.

Peach shake
Blend 200ml semi-skimmed milk, 2 teaspoons of linseed oil, ice cubes and two ripe peaches cut into cubes in a blender until smooth.

Citrus shake
Particularly rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Blend 100ml soya milk, 100g lemon yoghurt, a medium-sized orange (peeled and diced), a tablespoon of linseed oil and 6 ice cubes in a blender.

Apple shake
Mix 100ml soya milk, 150g vanilla yoghurt, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of nut butter, 6 ice cubes and a medium-sized apple (peeled and diced) in a blender.
