A urine drug test mainly tests for the presence of marijuana. Most other drugs can no longer be detected in urine after a short time and are tested using hair samples, among other things.

 

Contrary to popular rumour, turmeric is useless for covering up marijuana in urine. Drug testing laboratories are aware of the use of turmeric for this purpose and also test urine for traces of turmeric.

 

There are only three ways to pass a urine test for drugs. Option number one is to detoxify the body as quickly as possible. This proves difficult in the case of marijuana, as THC is stored in fat cells and can be detected for 30 to 90 days.

Option number two is to pass someone else's urine if possible. Logically, this tactic has consequences if you are caught and is often prevented from the outset by having to urinate on the spot.

 

Depending on how much time is left for the drug test, a third option is to try to reduce the THC content in the body. As THC is stored in the fat cells, it is important to burn as many of them as possible in the shortest possible time and dilute the remaining ones. This takes at least 2 weeks if the method is to successfully pass the drug test.

In the first week, you should exercise as often and as much as possible to stimulate your metabolism and burn fat. Anything that increases your heart rate is useful: Jogging, tennis or cycling, for example. You should do this consistently every day for a week and drink plenty of water during this time, at least 8 large glasses a day.

During the second week you should eat a lot and continue to drink plenty of water. After two weeks, the level of THC in your urine should be significantly reduced due to the burning of fat and thinning and overeating.

 

As the first morning urine is the strongest, you should never give this urine for a drug test. The day before the test, you should not drink too much water so that the urine does not look too diluted, as this will look suspicious. To get a better yellowish colour, you can take vitamin B capsules.
