Fun drinking games for two

Drinking games and dice

Most drinking games are designed as party games. But what do you do when you want to get drunk as a couple? All you need for a drinking evening for two (besides alcoholic drinks) are playing cards and dice.

Wordplay

The more alcohol you have, the more difficult word games become, especially if you still have to think. A simple and actually childish game can be funny when alcohol is involved. You can take turns counting: the first person says "1", the second "2" and so on. Instead of "7", a certain word has to be said. This applies to all numbers that can be multiplied by the number 7. The player of you who says the number instead of the word must (unfortunately) drink another glass of alcohol. If this is too easy even for alcohol-addled heads, you can replace a second number with another word. So you take turns counting e.g. 1,2,3,4,nose,6,dandelion,8,9 etc. and each multiplicand must be replaced by the corresponding word.

Card games

You must remove the jokers from the deck. Both players get 5 cards each, which are dealt face up in front of them. The second row of 5 cards each is dealt face down in front of them. Player one guesses whether the covered card is higher or lower than the face-up card in front of it. If he guesses wrong, he must drink as many sips of alcohol as the number on the card is high. The guessed card is replaced by a new face-up card and it is the next person's turn. If the cards are the same, the face value of the card must be drunk in sips.

You need two packs of cards without kings and two dice. Each player gets a pack of cards. The first one rolls both dice and both turn over one card at a time. The first to turn over a card with the same denomination as the number rolled shouts "match" loudly and the other has to drink. Jack = 11, Queen = 12, Ace = 1.

Dice games

You need two moreThe players roll one white die and one coloured die. The coloured die is rolled first, each player rolls a white die. If a die has the same number as the coloured die, the other player must drink a sip. The dice are rolled until one dice matches. If the sum of both white dice is 7, you both have to drink.

The easiest dice game in the advanced alcohol stage is when both players roll one dice each at the same time. The highest number wins. The loser must drink the difference in the numbers rolled in sips. If both roll the same number, both players must drink the rolled number in sips.
