Eye cream

Eye cream moisturises the thin and sensitive skin around the eyes This skin is particularly prone to wrinkles and should therefore be used regularly from the age of 25. To avoid wrinkles around the eyes, you should apply eye cream twice a day. In the morning, use an eye cream that absorbs quickly and can therefore be worn under make-up. Before going to bed, you can use a highly oily eye cream. It is important to apply the eye cream lightly by tapping the skin, never apply pressure or pull on the skin.

Anti-ageing face creams

To effectively prevent wrinkling and skin ageing, a face cream should contain retinoids and peptides. Retinoids and peptides stimulate the production of collagen in the body and thus minimise fine lines.

In principle, a face cream in a tube is preferable to one in a can. With creams in a can, you have to dip your finger directly into the cream to apply it, and bacteria get into it.

Face cream should be stored in the refrigerator for better preservation of the ingredients. Also, applying refrigerator cold cream reduces slight swelling of the facial skin.

Anti-wrinkle creams are best applied before going to bed. Anti-ageing cream can work best if it is allowed to absorb into the relaxed skin over several hours. The retimoids in the cream can make the skin more sensitive to light, so that the sun of the day irritates it. To protect against skin ageing caused by sunlight, use a day cream with UV protection during the day.
