The model and colour of the frame determine the make-up. An extravagant frame requires subtle eye make-up, while rimless glasses or glasses with thin, unobtrusive frames can have bold eye make-up.
Women who wear glasses naturally have to take their glasses off to apply make-up and then logically can no longer see well. This is why they are sometimes far too close to the mirror. Opticians sell special make-up glasses that allow you to fold down one lens at a time. However, many people get on better with a magnifying mirror.
Either emphasise the eyes or the mouth. If you like bright lipstick, you should keep your eye make-up subtle and vice versa.
Glasses draw the eye to the eyebrows, which should therefore be kept in shape. Eyebrows should not be plucked too thinly and can be drawn on with an eyebrow pencil to match the eyeshadow colour. If you are unsure, you can also have your eyebrows plucked into shape by a beautician.
